Decay is a Canadian hip-hop artist from NL, known for his aggressive approach and powerful cadence. Since his debut in 2017, Decay won the 2018 “So You Think You Can Rap?” contest in St. John's and then followed this success by opening for major acts such as Madchild, Evil Ebenezer, & Snak the Ripper. His most recent project “Addicted” contains a ruthless catalog of tracks that feature well respected artists such as Tito Lopez, Uncle Fester, & Young Kazh.
Stephen Wheeler - owner, operator, concept, NoEqual Records, St. John's. St. John's first and only record store specializing in Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz and Soul. Steve began listening to vinyl young and has been travelling and collecting vinyl since the mid 1990's. His first passion is hip hop but his love for Funk grew with the discovery of hip hop samples and hip hop origins. Steve spent many years living in Vancouver and started travelling to California at 17, seeing shows, eating good food, checking out random cities and meeting people, making connections all over North America. He knows a lot.
Sheena Chaytor - owner, operator and wife of Stephen. Sheena worked in retail for about 15 years; in sales and in management (West 49 for the most part). Additionally she worked in sales and textiles for various independent clothing companies in Vancouver in her 6 years there; including United Riders, Sidual, and Cilla. Sheena helps look after marketing and buisness operations.
