Steve began listening to vinyl young and has been travelling and collecting vinyl since the mid 1990's. His first passion is hip hop but his love for Funk grew with the discovery of hip hop samples and hip hop origins. Steve spent many years living in Vancouver and started travelling to California at 17, seeing shows, eating good food, checking out random cities and meeting people, making connections all over North America.
